We want you to feel confident booking with us. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below.

Cancellations by you

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour may not be refundable.

Last-minute date changes

If you need to change the date of your tour and park entrance permits are available for the new date, a change fee of $25 per person will apply. All date-change requests are subject to availability and the sole discretion of Manuel Antonio National Park Tours.

Cancellations by us

In the rare event we must cancel a tour (for example, due to extreme weather or unsafe conditions), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Late arrivals & no-shows

Guests who arrive late or do not show up for a confirmed tour are not eligible for a refund.
